RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
For safety and hygiene reasons, only products that are UNOPENED, UNUSED, and in their original sealed packaging are eligible for a refund. Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned or refunded, as dietary supplements cannot be resold once opened.
How to request a return
Email contact@trydaylune.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We may ask for a photo showing the product unopened in its original packaging. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. In many cases you will not need to ship the product back — we'll confirm the steps by email.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used products · products returned after 30 days · orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.
